When the server maintenance was announced thirty minutes before the scheduled downtime, people started to broad about what to do during the tedious 8 hour server maintenance, some of the suggestions included, but were not limited to, sleeping, making love (!) and trying out other online games. Since I got the Cabal installer with the June issue of Game! before, I tried to run it, but I’ve been encountering this error:
Some google-time later, there was a suggestion to try manually patching the game and downloading the update torrent, but it’s just too tedious for my plans to casually play the game during GE maintenance times. I may have to look for some other game to occupy me.
Currently going through the grind to veteran, and right now my fighter and wizard are both 84, while my scout is stuck at 82. The only happy thing about this is all the stances of my wizard Ashley and scout Fionn are finally maxed out, but I still have a ways to go in covering all of my fighter Thea’s stances. Right now I’m trying to level her Middle Guard stance, and it’s a slow process!

Currently working on this GE header using some of the concept artwork from the fansite kit, but I’m missing the triangular GE logo sans the Granado Espada text across. >_> It’s rather pretty, ain’t it?
Currently running the following RNPC card quests: Viki, Andre Janzur, Lorch (I got stuck for the longest time at the Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers bit D=) and Claude.
NOTE: Depending on my schedule for next week (we’re still haggling with our STL) I may go to the Summer Gimik Games and basically roam with a camera. I wish I can get a Requiem poster, because yeah, it has Baihu and Rio and the scout’s shiny armor. ^_^; Oooh, too bad I won’t get to buy the Limited Edition box unless I haggle for a loan. I want an Emilia the Sage too.
