Right now I’m in Day 5 of Devil Survivor from Atlus. One thing I noticed about this game is how it doesn’t like you to get attached to your demons. D: The 24 demon limit has made me perform fusions even if I didn’t really want to, because I’ve got a couple of demons that have leveled up to a ridiculous degree. One bonus though is that demons fused with levelled up base demons do get stat power ups.
Ignoring the Laplace Mail in Devil Survivor can also lead to bad endings. I decided to do a run where I specifically ignored the battle involving a character who was going to die according to the Laplace Mail, and once the time passed the battle was no longer available - I’m assuming it means the worse situation has occurred, and I was not able to prevent said character’s death D: Thank you, Atlus, for making this game! I’m going to just, uh, reload from that one save slot and go do it all over again!
Lux Pain is finally done. I’ve played through to the best ending, which is a bit sad, even without the help of any faq. There’s still no existing FAQ for this game, and the only way I got through Day 7, where I was looking for Nami’s sister, was via a quick google search led to this deviantart entry which covered most of the salient points regarding the game’s difficult points. I’m going to replay it once and make more posts about it once I’m done with even more Atlus games: My World, My Way, and Etrial Odyssey.
I’ve turned into an Atlus fangirl, haven’t I? D:
